Center swinging Lantern Clock by Parker of Ipswich

This clock is interesting and probably has its original doors, if not they appear to be very old and are of cast brass. At the date it was made (circa 1675 ) Ipswich and the surounding area was a very prosperous part of East Anglia. This would easily support a few good clockmakers.
