| One old pulley was available and 2 were made from cast brass. The pulley is made in two halves riveted together. The stirup is made from a cast brass blank and filled up. | The pulleys fitted to the clock. | All the weights needed making, the cast brass is marked out for cutting. | The brass is thinned down and bent round, then the seam is silver soldered together. |

| The weight is beaten round and cut to size. The top and bottem are made and the rod. These are then fitted and the weight polished. | The left weight is finished the others are being worked on. | The time weight finished with top that can be lifted up to add weight for regulation. | |
